Security Tender & Project Assurance

Keep the security brief connected to the delivered result.

We support engineers, architects and client project managers through procurement, contractor design and handover. Clear requirements and structured reviews help the team address gaps while the relevant decisions can still be made.

Discuss project assurance

At the points that matter

Agree the review.
Make the next decision clearer.

Engage SNE at one milestone or agree a series of reviews. The scope sets out the documents, review depth, response windows and responsibilities.

Before appointment

A record the project team can act on

the finding and the next step.

Clear project responsibilities

Independent review
within your delivery process.

We work through the appointed design and project team. Contractor communication, approval authority and review timing are agreed at the outset.

Reviews use supplied documents and evidence. Installation, physical testing and site verification sit with the appointed providers, whose results inform the review. Unverified information and unresolved differences are identified in our findings.

The engagement defines any additional drafting, redesign, site attendance or specialist certification required alongside the review.
